Hypergrowth Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the OpticData platform (optic-data.com and app.optic-data.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and password (hashed). If you sign up through a third-party service, we may receive your name and email from that provider.

Integration Data

When you connect third-party platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Shopify, Klaviyo, Checkout Champ), we access and store advertising and analytics data from those platforms, including:

• Ad campaign performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS)
• Ad creative metadata (names, thumbnails, copy)
• Order and revenue data from ecommerce platforms
• Email marketing performance metrics

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, AI Operator queries, and browser/device information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the OpticData platform
• Display unified analytics dashboards from your connected platforms
• Power AI-driven insights, recommendations, and automated actions through our AI Operator
• Send you service-related notifications (alerts, Slack messages, automation triggers)
• Respond to your support requests
• Ensure platform security and prevent abuse

3. AI Processing Disclosure

OpticData uses Anthropic's Claude AI to power our AI Operator and Creative Studio features. When you interact with these features:

• Your queries and relevant account data are sent to Anthropic's API for processing
• Anthropic processes this data according to their API terms and does not use it for training
• AI-generated insights are recommendations only and should not be considered financial or business advice

4. Third-Party Platform Data

Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

We access Meta advertising data through the Meta Marketing API. Data obtained from Meta is used solely to provide analytics and optimization features within OpticData. We do not sell Meta-obtained data to third parties. We do not use Meta data for purposes unrelated to the OpticData platform. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration in your Settings or through Meta's Business Settings.

Google

We access Google Ads and Google Analytics data through Google APIs. Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Other Platforms

Data from TikTok, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Checkout Champ is accessed through their respective APIs and used solely to provide OpticData platform features. We do not sell or share this data with unrelated third parties.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

• All data is transmitted over TLS (HTTPS)
• OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM
• User authentication is handled via JWT with secure httpOnly cookies
• Database access is restricted and passwords are hashed using bcrypt
• We conduct regular security audits of our infrastructure

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and integration data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or disconnect an integration, we delete the associated data within 30 days. Some aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (see our Data Deletion page)
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Revocation: Disconnect any third-party integration at any time

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT session tokens). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels on the OpticData platform.

9. Children's Privacy

OpticData is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
